About Us

Why This Clinic?

I value and respect people and delight in seeing them thrive.

My focus is to improve the lives and well-being of my clients and the wider community through holistic, oriental health-promoting techniques.

We are all healers in one form or another. Maybe you have comforted a family member who is feeling unwell, mopped a child’s brow as they break a fever, or cared for a friend who is struggling. I apply Traditional Chinese Medicine, proven over thousands of years of use to help and heal people just like you. My goals are to apply these techniques to:

  • relieve any health conditions and symptoms, emotionally, mentally, and physically, that are stopping you from living your perfect life in a safe, responsible, and ethical manner
  • promote and enhance mental clarity and increase energy
  • improve the quality of your sleep
  • reduce and even eliminate your specific pain
  • help you find balance and so promote your relaxation and vitality

Why Me?

I am a licensed Acupuncturist trained in Traditional and Classical Chinese Medicine and specialise in Dr. Richard Teh Fu Tan’s Balance Method. I am passionate about Oriental Medicine and how it works.  I first started my Chinese Medicine Journey with the College of Oriental Medicine in Cork, Ireland.  Having completed 4 years of studies and clinical practice in Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Herbs, nutrition, Gua Sha, and Tuina Massage, I knew I wanted even more.

So, I went on to work and complete further clinical practice in a hospital in India under the guidance of Professor David Lujan. Having a continuous queue of patients daily, I practiced bloodletting, moxibustion, and electro-acupuncture and learned the profound aspect of the subconscious, and how it manifests in our breathing and the emotional sources of disease. Through this, I was able to address an even wider range and variety of pathological problems and illnesses.

My Clinic

Returning to Ireland I opened my clinic in Cork, Ireland in 2016 then Spain in 2017 and Portugal in 2018.   I continue to actively deepen my learning not only through continuous professional development but also through my diverse clientele demographic, and ever emerging viruses and diseases of today.
